How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
After checkout, you should receive an automated order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information when available.
You can track your package from the tracking link in your shipping email, from the tracking area on our site when available, or by checking the carrier number on 17TRACK.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam, promotions, trash, or advertising folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email address used at checkout so we can help confirm the order.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We check products before dispatch, but if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos of the faulty item, packaging, label, and an unboxing video when available.
There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?
If an item is missing and we have not already contacted you by email, please reach out to customer service so we can investigate.
- Your order number.
- The name or reference of the missing item.
- A photo of the package contents and shipping label.
About Delivery
Foisi orders may be delivered by different carriers depending on the destination and shipping method. Carrier options can include UPS, DHL, or other local delivery partners.
UPS
UPS will deliver to the address entered at checkout. If you are not available, UPS may attempt delivery again, leave the parcel at a pickup point, leave a notice, or return the parcel according to local carrier rules.
DHL
DHL will deliver to the address entered at checkout. If you are not available, DHL may attempt delivery again, leave the parcel at a pickup point, leave a notice, or return the parcel according to local carrier rules.
In some countries, carriers may leave a parcel in a safe place instead of handing it directly to the recipient.
How long will delivery take?
Most standard shipments are estimated at 6-12 business days after processing, while express options may arrive sooner where available. Please see our Shipping Policy for regional estimates.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change an order before it has been processed or shipped.
Which size should I choose?
Please review the Size Guide and the product page notes. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for fitted or non-stretch styles.
