Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Foisi accepts returns on selected eligible items within 30 days of delivery receipt. This page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

A. 30-Day Return

1. Return Rights

If you would like to return an eligible item, please contact our support center at [email protected] before sending anything back. Please include your order number, the item name, and the reason for return.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or an unboxing video when available.

2. Original Condition

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from stains, fragrance, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or signs of wear, and must have all original tags and packaging attached.

For hygiene, customization, and quality-control reasons, the following items are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective or required by law:

  • Final-sale items, including deeply discounted items marked as final sale.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Pre-order items unless customer service confirms eligibility.
  • Swimwear, bikinis, swimsuits, and underwear.
  • Accessories, jewelry, ornaments, delicate bags, feathered pieces, gift items, and gift cards.

3. Return Costs and Methods

Foisi does not provide a prepaid return label unless stated otherwise by customer service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees related to the return shipment.

Please do not send a return package without approval. Packages returned without following our return instructions may be refused or may not be eligible for refund.

Foisi cannot guarantee that an unidentified or incorrectly returned item will be found, returned, or refunded. If we can locate an item returned by mistake and you want it sent back, you may need to cover the re-shipping cost.

Unidentified returned items may be disposed of after 30 days from the date they arrive at our return facility.

4. Return Restrictions

We may decline a return if the item does not match the approved return request, arrives in used or damaged condition, is outside the return window, or shows an unusual return pattern that does not comply with this policy.

Under certain circumstances, we may limit or deactivate accounts associated with repeated policy abuse, unusual return behavior, or returns that do not match the approved request. If you believe this happened by mistake, contact customer service for review.

5. Back to Sender / Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to sender due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties, or failed delivery attempts. In these cases, re-shipping fees, customs charges, or other costs may apply.

  • The carrier cannot contact the recipient.
  • The recipient information or delivery address is incorrect.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs charges are unpaid.
  • The recipient refuses delivery or misses carrier attempts.

Returned-to-sender packages may be disposed of after 30 days from the date they arrive back with the sender or return facility.

6. Order Changes

If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help with duplicate items, quantity changes, shipping address corrections, email corrections, size changes, or shipping upgrades before the order is processed.

  • Remove duplicate items.
  • Increase an item’s quantity.
  • Change the shipping address or email address.
  • Request customization when available; extra fees may apply.
  • Change a size before the order is processed.
  • Upgrade shipping if the order has not shipped yet.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, change requests may no longer be available.

B. Refund Process

After your approved return reaches the return facility and passes inspection, we will process the refund within 5 business days when possible. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After the refund is issued, it may take 3-7 business days for your bank, card provider, or payment account to show the funds. Processing times vary by payment provider.
